On April 1, 2016, Sretensky Monastery in Moscow hosted the first meeting of the Inter-Council Presence of the year, chaired by His Eminence Archbishop Mark of Berlin and Germany, to discuss Church law. A document titled “Church Law Violations by Clergymen and Canonical Sanctions”was the main topic of discussion. Amendments were proposed upon deliberation.
