Photo-Report on the Celebration of the 25 th Anniversary of the Ordination of Protopriest Alexei Kotar

On April 26, 2015, the Sunday of the Myrrh-Bearing Women, His Eminence Archbishop Kyrill
of San Francisco and Western America officiated at Divine Liturgy at Saint Nicholas Cathedral in Seattle, WA, along with His Grace Bishop Theodosius of Seattle, the cathedral Senior Priest Protopriest Alexei Kotar, Dean of the Northern Deanery of the Western American Diocese, and local clergyman, with a large gathering of worshipers in attendance. At the end of Divine Liturgy, His Eminence, congratulating Frr Alexei, who was ordained to the deaconate by Archbishop Anthony (Medvedev) on the feast of the Annunciation in 1990, granted him and other clergymen, laity and active members of Saint Nicholas Cathedral ecclesiastical awards.

The archpastors, clergyman and laypersons then continued their celebrations at a festive reception.
