St. Seraphim’s Camp
The Orthodox children's camp of St. Seraphim is scheduled for 28 July until 4 August. This camp is the largest English-language Orthodox camp in the USA. The camp pays particular attention to the Orthodox way of life: there are daily prayers, studies of the Law of God and various church services are conducted. At the end of the week, a large number of clergy gathers, along with parents and visitors, for the All-night Vigil and Liturgy.
Besides spiritual activities, there is swimming, sports, campfires, singing, "flags" and much more. Clergymen take part in almost all the activities.
In 2001, there were almost 200 children registered.
The fee for one child is $150.00. Deadline for registration is 1 July.
