The Second Day of Pascha in Nyack

The second day of Pascha was celebrated with solemnity and great spiritual elevation at Holy Virgin Protection Church in Nyack, NY. A tradition has developed at this parish to conduct a procession of the cross with the participation of children, and following the service, an egg roll and other children's games.
The services began with the Paschal matins, performed by the Rector, Mitred Protopriest George Larin, along with Protopriest Elias Gorsky and Priest Serafim Gan, along with Deacon Dimitri Temidis, and an enormous gathering of worshipers.
