The annual Palm Sunday appeal for the benefit of the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission in Jerusalem
The age-old tradition of making Church-wide collections on Palm Sunday to benefit the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission in Jerusalem is particularly important in this year of 2020 in light of the closure of its monasteries to pilgrims due to the COVOID-19 virus.
The Synod of Bishops of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia asks that donors make an on-line contribution (synod.com/rem.html) to support the monastics who pray for our Church and its flock throughout the world.
