The Chief of the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission in Jerusalem Welcomes the President of the Presidium of Bosnia and Herzegovina

On Tuesday, March 14, 2017, Mladen Ivanic, President of the Presidium of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and his wife visited Gethsemane Convent in Jerusalem. The lofty guest was accompanied by His Grace Bishop Jovan of Lipljan (Serbian Orthodox Church), and dignitaries of Bosnia-Herzegovina and Israeli officials. They were welcomed by Archimandrite Roman (Krassovsky), Chief of the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission in Jerusalem of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, and Abbess Elizabeth (Smelic) of St Mary Magdalene Convent, at the “Royal Church” of the convent, where the pilgrims venerated the relics of Holy Grand Duchess Elizaveta and Nun Barbara and other saints.
