Photo-Report on the Celebration of the Martyrs of Alapaevsk in Russian Gethsemane

On July 17-18, 2016, the feast day of Holy Martyr Grand Duchess Elizabeth and the Alapaevsk Martyrs, Divine Liturgy was celebrated at Mary Magdalene, Equal-to-the-Apostles Church in Russian Gethsemane, preceded the evening before by all-night vigil. The services were headed by Archimandrite Roman (Krassovsky), Chief of the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission in Jerusalem, along with Archimandrite Alexander (Eliseev), Chief of the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission (MP), and other mission clergymen, visitors and pilgrims. After Liturgy, all those in attendance congratulated Abbess Elizabeth on her namesday.
