The Russian Ecclesiastical Mission in Jerusalem of the Church Abroad Tonsures New Monastics

On Wednesday, April 6, 2016, after all-night vigil before the feast day of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the Convent at the "Russian Gethsemane" in Jerusalem, His Eminence Archbishop Mark of Berlin and Germany, Overseer of the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission in Jerusalem of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, tonsured novices Photinia Obel and Veronika Misnik to the rassophore, granting them the names Fekla and Daria. Nun Fekla will carry out her obedience in Bethany, and Nun Daria will labor in the Convent of St Mary Magdalene in Gethsemane.

On Friday, April 8, after the commemorative vigil and matins in Ascension of the Savior Convent on the Mt of Olives, Archbishop Mark tonsured novice Galina Lambroza, giving her the name Glikeria, who will work at the book store of the convent.
