Friday, June 27th
6:00 pm - Leave Marriott Courtyard (299 2nd Street San Francisco, CA 94105)
7:00 pm � Moleben and opening ceremonies at Holy Virgin Cathedral (6210 Geary Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94121) Dinner in church hall.

Saturday, June 28th
7:00 am - 8:30 am -Breakfast at the hotel
9:00 am � Departure to Scout House (6231 Geary Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94121)
9:45 am � Lecture by Rostislav Blanko. President of Rostik International �
�Corporate Philantropy�
11:00 am � Workshops / choir rehearsal for services
12:30 - Lunch
1:00 pm � Return to the hotel. Free time/ choir rehearsal.
4:30 pm � Departure for cathedral for evening services.
Vigil for St. John of Shanghai and San Francisco the Wonderworker. Dinner in church hall.
Return to hotel

Sunday, June 29th
8:00 am - Depart for cathedral.
8:45 am - Greeting of His Eminence Metropolitan Hilarion, First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia
9 am � Liturgy and celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the Canonization of St. John of Shanghai and San Francisco the Wonderworker.
1:00 pm - A light lunch and visit to the park of the Legion of Honor (Legion of Honor 100 34th Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94121)
3:00 pm - Banquet at United Irish Culture Club.(2700 45th Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94116)
6:00 pm � Back to hotel. Free time

Monday, June 30th
8:00 am - Leave to Cathedral. Liturgy. Breakfast will be after the Liturgy in the church hall.
10:00 am - Lecture by Bishop Panteleimon, Chairman of Social Welfare Department of
Moscow Patriarchate in Scout Hall.
11:00am - Workshops
12:30 pm - Lunch at the church hall.
1.00 pm Conference delegates divided into 2 groups for charity organizational visit.
1) St. Anthony�s soup kitchen (150 Golden Gate Ave, San Francisco, CA 94102)
2) St. John of Kronstadt House Church convalescent home. Moleben. (4432 James Avenue, Castro Valley, CA 94546)
5:00 pm Fisherman�s Warf city excusion
7:00 pm - Dinner at the Cathedral Hall
8:00 pm � Back to hotel. Free time/ choir rehearsal.

Tuesday, July 1st
7:30 - 8:20 am- Breakfast at the hotel
8:30 am - Depart for Fort Ross, 1 stop for view of the Golden Gate Bridge.
Excursion and tour of Fort Ross. Lunch
2:30 Depart Fort Ross
3:15 pm- Trip to the Korbel Winery, 13250 River Rd, Guerneville, CA 95446
5:00 pm- Visit to Santa Rosa parish of sts. Peter and Paul. Lecture by Archpriest Alexander Krassovsky �In the foot steps of st. John�. Workshop. Dinner at parish hall of sts. Peter and Paul.
7:30 pm- Depart for hotel. Free time/ choir rehearsal.

Wednesday, July 2nd
7:30 am - 8:30 am - Breakfast at the hotel
9:00 am - Depart to Scout House
9:45 am � Lecture by Archimandrite Iriney �To love and not stand still�: St. John on how to serve to the world.
11:00 am - Workshops
12:30 pm � Lunch
1.00 pm Conference delegates divided into 2 groups for charity organizational visit.
1) St. Anthony�s soup kitchen (150 Golden Gate Ave, San Francisco, CA 94102)
2) Russian American Community Services (300 Anza St, San Francisco, CA 94118)
Return to hotel
6:00 pm � Depart for concert at the Russian Center, (2450 Sutter St, San Francisco, CA 94115)
11:00 pm - Return to the hotel

Thursday, July 3rd
7:30 am - 8:30 am - Breakfast at the hotel
9:00 am � Depart for Scout House
9:45 am � Presentation by Niko Petrogeorge Outreach Manager of Orthodox social welfare
organization of North America - FOCUS
Presentation by Alena Plavsic, Project Manager of Fund for Assistance
11:00 am � Workshops presentations
1:00 pm � Lunch. Thanksgiving moleben.
2:00 pm- Depart for hotel. Free time.
5:00 pm � Depart hotel for Horn Blower dinner cruise on the bay. Closing ceremonies. (South Beach Harbor)
8:00 pm Return to hotel. Free time
